Uniwalker ships parcels on a 1st & 2nd class Royal Mail postal service with either a 2D barcode or a Tracking number. Some of these parcels will need to be signed for. If you think there will be no one in to accept the parcel, consider having it delivered to a work address or friend’s house. UK mainland is understood to include Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland, using the British postcode system.

If you would prefer not to have your items delivered on a recorded service, please email us directly after ordering. However we cannot guarantee delivery on parcels that are not sent on a tracked service.

STANDARD SHIPPING – (UK only) – £3.50 – shipped within 1 – 2 working days for a delivery within 3-5 working days (from the original order date). Shipped 2nd Class, Signed For with Royal Mail.

PRIORITY SHIPPING – Your order is given priority over other orders received and those being processed (excluding ‘Expedited’) and shipped ASAP – get ahead of the queue especially at busy tmes of the shopping year! Once processed, shipped for delivery on a second class Signed For service.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING – If you would like your goods even faster, then this is the service for you! If ordered before 1pm your order will be processed & shipped on that working day. Orders received after 1 pm will be processed and shipped the next working day – though we will always try to fulfil your order on the day received if at all possible. Once processed it is shipped for delivery 24hr First Class Tracked Service. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING. International buyers / destinations have a choice of International Standard Service,  our standard shipping method is processed and shipped within 2 working days and sent on a barcoded service . Or, our International Tracked Service which is processed ASAP, fully tracked and requires a Signature on delivery, the fastest postal service is used for this service.

GIFT MESSAGES. If you would like us to send your purchase as a gift and include a message, please email us with your personal message and we’ll include it in the package. We can also remove the amount paid / invoice if you would like us to.

‘Working Day’ is understood to be UK recognised standard day Monday to Friday, not including Bank holidays and National holidays. 

Some items, such as our handmade and ‘special’ orders, maybe delayed on your chosen shipping method due to the time needed for us to make the item for you. We will contact you if this is the case.
